Terms and Conditions

  • Customer hereby authorize the GadiRepair.com to execute necessary servicing or repairs at customer’s risk and cost, by using all necessary parts and consumables required for the same as per the assessment of the GadiRepair.com.
  • Customers are requested to check their vehicle to their satisfaction at the time of taking the delivery after repairs/service has been carried out.
  • Pick up and drop off facility, if available with the GadiRepair.com workshop, are at the sole risk of the customer. 
  • Vehicle repaired, parked, test driven, pick up/ drop at owners risk. Any damage while in workshop or outside shall be eligible to be claimed under respective vehicle insurance policy. Customer to support documentation.
  • Remarks of Service Adviser relating to dent and scratches at the time of accepting the vehicle will be final.
  • GadiRepair.com will take reasonable care of the vehicle while it is in custody. However GadiRepair.com shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft, fire, flood, accident or any other cause beyond our control.
  • Customer agrees not to hold GadiRepair.com responsible for any seizure of the vehicle by any finance company or other authorities done in the presence of police while it is in custody of the GadiRepair.com.
  • Customer authorises the GadiRepair.com workshop to operate or drive the vehicle for testing in connection with its repair or servicing.
  • Delivery time mentioned in the repair order is only indicative. 
  • Parking charges @Rs.200 per day is payable by customer if: 
  • Formal approval to commence repairs is not provided within 7 days of receiving the vehicle in case of body and paint jobs involving accidental repairs and insurance claims, after providing an estimate.
  • Formal approval to commence repairs is not provided within 2 days of receiving the vehicle in other cases, after providing an estimate.
  • Repair charges for the Vehicle are not paid and the car is not collected within 2 days of completion of repair and vehicle ready intimation, will be made only to the authorised persons on production of Repair Order.
  • When estimation for repair is given it is to assume that the total cost of repair could vary +/- 15% of the estimated amount. Customers also agree to understand that the initial repair job estimate without/partial inspection is approximate only, and may vary on complete diagnosis, after opening the vehicle.  If a customer chooses not to get his or her vehicle repaired after securing an estimate on inspection, he or she is liable to pay Rs.1000 or 1% of the total estimation charges whichever is maximum but not more than Rs.5000. as an estimation and inspection charge.
  • Color of engine oil might turn black post service in Diesel Cars. 
  • Prices of the spare parts may change depending on the availability.
  • Estimation charges applicable are completely at discretion of management. It cannot be negotiated.
  • Job Approval over Text Message/ call/ whatsapp/ Voice message/ Email or any other medium on the Repair order/ estimate shall mean that he or she accepts to pay for all repairs mentioned therein and also any other additionally approved repairs if required to be carried out with prior intimation to the customer and provision of supplementary estimate for the same.
  • If the customer fails to collect his vehicle after two days on completion of the repair if it is parked in the company’s open vehicle stores and responsibility will not be taken for any damage due to change in climate or any other cause beyond our control.
  • The customer is requested to take back the old parts after repair. Should such parts be not taken back, the company will scrap them to prevent misuse and will not entertain a customer claim thereafter.
  • The company is not to be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the vehicle battery or any other electronic device if the repair work stretches over a lengthy period or if the vehicle is kept at the premises for a lengthy period after the repair is complete.
  • All charges shall be paid by customer before taking delivery of its repaired or serviced vehicle after adjusting advance amount, hence customer agrees to pay interest @16% on delayed payment and authorize GadiRepair.com to exercise lien over vehicle till all dues are cleared.
  • The vehicle after repair or service will be strictly released against payment made by cash or credit/Debit card or demand draft, UPI, Net Banking or cheque subject to realization.
  • Taxes as applicable will be charged.
  • Vehicle received by GadiRepair.com in dead/ non running/ non or partially operating condition such as in the Breakdown/ Parts Failure,  Accident, longer period unused vehicle, Seized/ overheated Engines etc; Repair work of GadiRepair.com for such vehicles shall be focused on the primary repairs required in the vehicle, any additional problems discovered or arised later in any of the part of the vehicle shall be repaired/ replaced at the cost of the customer.
  • Luxury vehicles customers (VW, Skoda, Audi, BMW etc) are mandatory advised by GadiRepair.com for  a comprehensive ECM scanning service report of their vehicle  before and after any repair or service job is executed. GadiRepair.com shall not be responsible for occurrence/ Recurrence of any hidden/ new/ unidentified/ pre-existing faults whether Electrical/ Electronic or other, which are discovered/ arises post service/ repair job.
  • GadiRepair.com don’t offer any service warranty on Electrical or electronics parts or its repairs, Customers shall check the car at the time of delivery to their satisfaction.
  • GadiRepair.com don’t offer any warranty on Used / Refurbished parts, opting for such parts replacement due to any circumstances is subject to the owner’s risk.
  • Spare parts availability is subject to manufacturer/ market supply, GadiRepair.com shall not be responsible for the delay in service/ Repair due to the spare parts unavailability. However, GadiRepair.com will not charge for Vehicle parking/ Storage in such a scenario.
  • Customer Agrees to accept the Terms and Conditions of GadiRepair.com while giving his/her vehicle for Inspection/Repairs/Service.
  • This repair order is a computer generated copy and does not require any signature.
  • All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the Bhopal court.
